Brief: To assist with the clearance of older stock lines to existing customers.
Cadantis Limited were asked to help this client free up stock capital and space by promoting slower moving lines to an existing client base, however the client required anonymity to protect future margins with these customers.

Brief: Overview existing telephony agreement and suggest changes if and where appropriate.
This client had asked Cadantis Associates to look at telephony rates for their operation with the exception of outbound mobile calls as these were routed via a mobile network.
Cadantis Limited offered a package rate through a national, well established provider which significantly reduced all outbound calls and was also more competitive on mobile calls than the router.
Result: Savings of an average 44% were achieved.
